Eligibility Criteria

Calling out to all the organizations who require certification for all employee levels, the minimum requirements that you need to fulfill include the following:
  • Get registered on the application
  • Providing a rating of each employee
  • Company evaluation will be made on the basis of a variety
  • The App will calculate the overall rating The rating will then be made visible to all the clients
  • Customers can then freely choose the organization that provides formidable performance based on their rating. 
  • A comprehensive rating report will be produced
  • Strengths and Weaknesses will be focused on A final evaluation report will be produced based on customer suggestions and voices. 
  • Tailor-made training program to help each organization excel and improvise.
We offer five certification levels for every organization with a few conditions to meet if companies wish to move forth. Each level takes about a year to get finished. On every level, an organization is required to obtain a minimum of 3.5 stars out of 5 


To pass from Bronze to Silver and so on and so forth, you must have at least 350 ratings from different individuals in that year to achieve a 3.5 out of 5 stars. 

From starting with the Bronze level to ending the certification at the Diamond level, you will successfully complete a customer evaluation with a minimum of 1750 people, which is a huge milestone to reach. This also indicates that you as an organization have undergone a 5-year training and have been accessed quite well.
